Stillwell's Bakery & Cafe was established by Roy and Louise Stillwell in 1994. From the day it opened its doors, our bakery has been known for the very best in quality and workmanship and was awarded “Best Bakery on Maui” by the Maui News.

The Stillwell’s team works tirelessly to serve the finest; from an amazing selection of freshly baked pastries and breads to our famous home made sandwiches and salads. Stillwell’s Cream Horns are a favorite for visitors and locals alike and boxes of them are often seen leaving Maui as a special gift.

We offer a vast selection of delicious sandwiches, salads and Daily Specials. We are well known for our infamous Chinese Chicken Salad and homemade dressings, three of which are available to purchase in-store; Raspberry Vinaigrette, Japanese Vinegar and Oil, and Oriental. If you are in the mood for a hearty breakfast, delicious lunch, sweet treat, or a mouth-watering dinner, please come and join us and share in our delights.
