Japanese Vinegar and Oil Salad Dressing

This dressing is one of our favorites at Stillwell's Bakery & Cafe.

"This very special dressing was created over 40 years by my grandma, in Waipahu. Establishing a family tradition we used this dressing with all of our salads. Grandpa used to say"It's not too sweet, not too sour, but just right."

For a little zest, use this dressing as a marinade for pasta salads.

 

Ingredients: Cider vinegar, canola oil, sugar, garlic powder, salt, pepper, herbs, Worcestershire sauce, xanthan gum.
